Welcome

Welcome to our blog!  In additiblogwelcomeon to the abundance of chiropractic and health-related articles found on our home website, AnchorChiropractic.net, this blog contains even more.

Named after Dr. Lamar’s regular newspaper column in the Kingston Community News, “The Spinal Column” offers an insightful — and sometimes controversial — chiropractic angle on various health topics.  Not only does this blog serve as a searchable archive of the nearly 100 newspaper articles since 1997, but it also gives Dr. Lamar a chance to voice his opinion on topics  that may never make it to the local paper.

Utilize the right hand column of this blog to navigate through our most recent posts, browse our categories, or search for keywords of interest.

Be sure to stop by often, as we will be adding new content regularly. Better yet, if you are a regular user of “news readers or aggregators,” such as Bloglines or Google Reader, add us to your mix by grabbing our feed.  We hope you enjoy these articles and invite your questions or comments by contacting us at AnchorChiropractic.net.

This microphone icon tells you that there's a podcast for the article as well.

New for 2010, Dr. Lamar has launched a “radio-style” podcast entitled Spinal Column Radio, with episodes inspired by the content that he writes about here on this blog.  Look for the old-fashioned radio microphone throughout these posts for direct links to podcast episodes that parallel the articles you are reading.
