Named after Dr. Lamar’s regular newspaper column in the Kingston Community News, “The Spinal Column” offers an insightful — and sometimes controversial — chiropractic angle on various health topics. Not only does this blog serve as a searchable archive of the nearly 100 newspaper articles since 1997, but it also gives Dr. Lamar a chance to voice his opinion on topics that may never make it to the local paper.
